Last updated 2026-10-14. This page covers the launch waitlist and BimBoom Picks.
Who we are
BimBoom is a new online shop. Contact: hello@bimboom.shop.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we keep your email address, the date and time you signed up, and the fact that you ticked the box asking us to email you. To slow down spam we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection’s IP address for up to one hour; we never store the IP address itself.
Why
Only to email you when BimBoom opens and to share news about our launch. We will not sell, rent or trade your email address.
Where it’s kept
On our web host (Hostinger), in a file that isn’t reachable from the web, and in our business inbox, which receives a note for each new signup.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@bimboom.shop. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or to delete it, at the same address. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
BimBoom Picks
If you make a BimBoom Picks account we store your username, your password (encrypted), your picks, and anything optional you add (name, birthday, email, picture, favourite categories). We use it only to choose products. Delete your account anytime from your Picks profile, which deletes all of it.
Cookies and tracking
We use no analytics or advertising trackers. The shop software sets only technical cookies (for example, to remember your animation choice, keep you signed in to BimBoom Picks, or keep an admin logged in).
